Since 2005, Helios Creative has implemented marketing programs for 8 municipal broadband systems. Our scope of involvement has encompassed everything from initial naming of the service, creating logos and graphic standards, to marketing plans that included teaser campaigns, welcome kits, complete roll-outs, and special offers. All delivered on time and on budget.
